This track was written for Gayle Skidmore's dear friend Ces Peynetti, director of several of her music videos. It was recorded in the middle of the night in Lubbock, Texas, at Amusement Park Studios, as Gayle Skidmore and Minor Birds were touring through. The Rhodes and vocals were engineered by Phlip Coggins with co-production by Phlip Coggins and Gayle Skidmore. The electric guitar and percussion were added in San Diego by Brandon O'Connell. Mixed by Brandon O'Connell at Singing Serpent Studios, CA. Mastered by Gavin Lurssen at Lurssen Mastering in Burbank, CA.
