"Tourniquet" is a plea with ones' self to see the light at the end of the tunnel that blends dynamic piano and lively strings with an anthemic chorus. Gayle Skidmore wrote this during her mother's battle with cancer as a way to express the tension of despair and hope when one may lose someone very close to them.
